I, Donna Carter, (hereinafter, the “Releasor”), for and in consideration of a payment of $1,764.19 made to Gerber Collision & Glass the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge The Vacation Property Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and each of its affiliates and successors in interest, and each of their respective managers, members, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees and all other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them and whether specifically mentioned herein or not (hereinafter, the “Releasees”), none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, from any and all claims, losses, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries, losses and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries, losses and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the following: On August 20th, 2023, a VayK Gear truck struck the bumper of Donna Carter’s 2015 Acura RDX, causing damage to the bumper of the vehicle. It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of all claims for injuries, losses and damages resulting from or that may result from the incident described above; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Releasor acknowledges that he or she has read and fully understands the terms of this Release.

General Release of Liability

I, Richard Connelly, (hereinafter, the “Releasor”), for and in consideration of a payment of $3,000 made to JJ Construction to fabricate and replace the two railings damaged by VayKLife,  the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge The Vacation Property Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and each of its affiliates and successors in interest, and each of their respective managers, members, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees and all other persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them and whether specifically mentioned herein or not (hereinafter, the “Releasees”), none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, from any and all claims, losses, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries, losses and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries, losses and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the following:

On August 27th, 2024, a VayKLife truck struck two railings at 126 N Forest Beach Ct., Hilton Head Island, SC, 29928, causing damage to both railings.

It is understood and agreed that this Release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of all claims for injuries, losses and damages resulting from or that may result from the incident described above; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Release are contractual and not merely a recital.
